摘要

为分析核能制氢的经济性,基于IAEA开发了氢经济评价程序(HEEP),重点分析了反应堆技术、制氢工艺和制氢速率的不同对制氢成本的影响,并与GIF经济建模工作组(EMWG)开发的G4-ECONS做了对比验证。计算结果表明,对于先进压水堆,可以利用核电厂的规模效应来提升制氢的经济性,对于高温气冷堆等四代堆型,在降低核电厂成本占比的同时还应该重点关注制氢厂的成本。另外,当氢气的生产速率一定时,可采用高温蒸汽电解或硫-碘热化学循环以提升整体的制氢效率;对于常规的电解,可以提高氢气的生产速率以提升制氢的经济性。研究结论不仅为开展核能制氢时经济性的提升指明了方向,还能够指导不同企业根据自身现状来选择适合的制氢方案。

Abstract

To analyze the economy of hydrogen production by nuclear energy,a hydrogen economic evaluation program (HEEP) is developed on the basis of IAEA.The impact of different reactor technology,hydrogen production process and hydrogen production rate on the cost of hydrogen production are analyzed.HEEP is compared and verified with G4-ECNOS developed by GIF economic modeling working group (EMWG).Calculation results show that as for advanced pressurized light water reactor,the scale effect of nuclear power plant can be utilized to improve the economy of hydrogen production.As for the fourth-generation reactor such as high temperature gas cooled reactor,the cost of hydrogen production plant shall be considered while reducing the share of the cost of nuclear power plant.In addition,as hydrogen production rate remains constant,high temperature steam electrolysis or sulfur iodine thermochemical cycle can be used to improve the overall hydrogen production efficiency.As for conventional electrolysis,the economy of hydrogen production can be improved through increasing hydrogen production speed.The research results can give the direction for improving the economy of hydrogen production by nuclear energy,and guide different enterprises to choose their appropriate hydrogen production scheme according to their own situation.
