摘要

我国沿海地区凭借风资源、核能以及海港优势,可发展具有沿海特色的氢源基地。发展初期,依靠化工副产制氢推动氢能产业起步;中后期利用风、核等清洁能源从根本上实现零排放绿色制氢。以大规模环境友好型制氢基地为目标,简述了符合我国沿海特色的相关技术路线,并指出可依托海港优势形成液氢集散中心,成为液氢集散枢纽,最终耦合布局风电、核能制氢基地以及液化天然气接收站,统筹布局形成沿海特色氢源基地。

Abstract

China's coastal areas can develop hydrogen source bases with coastal characteristics by virtue of wind resources,nuclear energy and harbor advantages.In the early stage of development,the hydrogen energy industry in coastal areas can be promoted by the byproduct hydrogen from the chemical industry.In the middle and late stages,emissions-free hydrogen production can be achieved fundamentally by use of wind energy,nuclear energy and other clean energy.Relevant hydrogen production technical routes that accord with the characteristics of China's coast areas are described.Some coastal areas can form liquid hydrogen distribution centers,and finally form coastal hydrogen source bases through coupling with wind power-hydrogen production bases,nuclear power-hydrogen production bases,and liquefied natural gas terminal.
