摘要
加氢站与加油站合建可以有效解决用地审批困难、选址受限、远离终端客户及管理成本高等问题。通过功能设施分区,共用给水和排水、供电、站控及安防系统,可最大限度地降低合建站建设管理成本,节约土地资源,实现加油与加氢合建站的可持续发展。简要分析了油氢合建站的优势,从功能分区、建设方案、建站等级、安全管理及日常运维等多角度介绍了合建站的特点;剖析了国内外加氢站建设标准和规范发展现状,以《加氢站技术规范》GB 50516—2010为切入点,对我国加氢站设计与建设标准的制定提出了合理化建议。分析结果可为加氢站项目建设或标准、规范修编提供参考。
Abstract
Co-construction of hydrogen refueling station with petrol station can effectively solve problems such as land use approval,limited site selection,far distance from end customers,and high management costs.By dividing into functional facilities,sharing water supply and drainage,power supply,station control and security systems,co-constructed stations can minimize the construction and management cost,save land resources,and achieve the sustainable development of co-constructed stations.The advantages of co-constructed stations are analyzed briefly,and the characteristics of co-constructed stations are introduced from perspectives such as functional division,construction scheme,station level,safety management,and daily operation and maintenance.Global and China's development status of construction standards and specifications for hydrogen refueling station are analyzed.Taking China's technical code for hydrogen refueling stations——GB 50516—2010 as a reference,rational suggestions on design and construction standards of China's hydrogen refueling station are proposed.The analysis results in this paper can be supplied as a reference for the construction of hydrogen refueling station projects or the revision of standards and specifications.
