摘要

石化企业面临产能过剩、碳减排、新能源崛起等压力,亟待转型升级。虽然未来很长一段时间化石能源仍然是不可替代的,但新能源的崛起已成趋势,无法阻挡,其中氢能被认为是化石能源的有力替代者。相比于锂电,石油企业在产业链上与氢能有着更密切的契合度,所以传统的石油企业应该优先发展氢能业务;同时指出了氢能发展面临政策限制过严、加氢站配套不完善、储运困难等难点;针对石油企业的氢能业务发展提出了加强顶层设计、争取国家优惠政策、加大氢能技术研发、尽快与车企合作等建议。

Abstract

Petrochemical enterprises are facing challenges such as overcapacity,carbon dioxide emission reduction and the competition from new energies,and they are urgent to transform and upgrade their industrial business.Although fossil energy is still irreplaceable for a long time in the future,the rising trend of new energy has become unstoppable,among which hydrogen energy is regarded as a powerful substitute for fossil energy.Petrochemical enterprises have a closer industrial chain fit with the hydrogen energy industry than with the lithium-ion battery industry.Traditional petrochemical enterprises shall have priority to the development of the hydrogen energy industry.It is pointed out that China's development of hydrogen energy faces with some difficulties,such as too strict policy restrictions,incomplete hydrogen refueling stations and difficulties in storage and transportation.As for petrochemical enterprises to develop hydrogen energy business,some suggestions are given,such as strengthening top-level design,striving for national preferential policies,increasing the research and development of hydrogen energy technology,and cooperating with automobile enterprises as soon as possible.
