摘要

通过研究厌氧菌的强化和筛选、厌氧消化过程中添加导电材料、厌氧消化反应器外接电源、两相厌氧消化反应器以及耦合工艺后发现,提高产甲烷菌的浓度、活性,改善其生存环境,促进微生物之间的直接电子传递,可以加快有机物降解速率,提升产甲烷效能。

Abstract

By referring to the strengthening and screening of anaerobic bacteria,adding conductive materials during anaerobic digestion,external power supply for anaerobic digestion reactor,two-phase anaerobic digestion reactor and coupling process,this review draws the conclusion that increasing the concentration and activity of methanogenic bacteria,improving their living environment and promoting direct electron transfer between microorganisms can accelerate the degradation rate of organic matter and enhance methane production efficiency.
