为应对全球气候变化，《巴黎协定》明确了碳中和的目标，中国积极做出国家自主贡献，承诺努力在2060年前实现碳中和，这必将给各行各业带来战略性变革。化石能源的消耗作为碳排放的最主要来源，受碳中和影响最深远。通过分析化学能源及资源化利用现状，明确化石资源化利用的重要意义，指出其发展方向和重点技术，并对其前景做出展望与发展建议。

In order to address the challenge of global warming,The Paris Agreement clarified the target of achieving carbon neutral.China commits to reach carbon neutral before 2060 as its nationally-determined contribution (NDC),which will surely bring enormous revolution to the whole society.As the major source of carbon emission,the consumption of fossil as energy is affected the most by carbon neutral.Through analyzing current situation of fossil usage as energy and resource,the significance and key technology of fossil utilization as resources is pointed out and suggestions for future development is provided.
