摘要

酶对剩余污泥进行预处理能加速厌氧消化。采用α-淀粉酶、枯草杆菌蛋白酶、中性蛋白酶及其复合酶系处理石化剩余污泥。结果表明,酶的最优投加量为40 mg/(g TSS),筛选出2种效果最佳的单酶并按比例复合,结果发现,mα-淀粉酶):m(中性蛋白酶)为1:3时,35℃作用16 h后,SCOD增加至3 775.84 mg/L,氨氮质量浓度增加至292.09 mg/L,磷质量浓度增加至2.83 mg/L,VS去除率提高至32.3%。为提高剩余污泥厌氧消化效率、促进剩余污泥减量提供了行之有效的预处理方法。

Abstract

Using enzyme to pre-treat with excess sludge can accelerate anaerobic digestion.α-Amylase,subtilisin,neutral protease,and their complex enzymes are used to treat with petrochemical excess sludge.It is found that the optimal dosage of enzyme is 40 mg per gram of TSS.Complex enzymes achieve much better anaerobic digestion effect to excess sludge than any single enzyme.Two kinds of single enzyme with better effect are screened out to form complex enzymes that are used to treat with excess sludge.As m(α-amylase):m(proteinase)=1:3,SCOD has increased to 3 775.84 mg·L-1,NH3+-N concentration has increased to 292.09 mg·L-1,phosphorus concentration has increased to 2.83 mg·L-1 and the removal efficiency of VS has increased to 32.3% after 16 h of reaction at 35℃.
