摘要
综述了食品加工过程中产生的废弃物经过不同的生产工艺制备生物燃料、生物高分子材料、工业酶等工业基化学品及高附加值产品的最新进展，以实现食品废弃物处理的无害化、减量化和资源化，有利于实现循环经济，具有一定的社会效益、经济效益和环境效益。
Abstract
This paper mainly reviews latest progress in the preparation of industrial based chemicals and high value-added products such as biofuels,biopolymer materials,industrial enzymes from waste generated in food processing,aiming to realize harmless utilization of food waste,which is conducive to the realization of circular economy,and exhibits certain social,economic and environmental benefits.
