摘要

在分析现有油烟净化技术优缺点的基础上，重点对近几年吸附及催化法治理餐饮油烟污染物以及挥发性有机物的研究进行了综述，并对这些方法在油烟净化方面的应用前景做出展望。

Abstract

The advantages and disadvantages of current cooking fume purification technologies are summarized,and latest research on the applications of adsorption and catalytic combustion methods in treatment of cooking fume and effective removal of VOCs from cooking fumes is reviewed.Application of these methods in cooking fume purification are prospected.
