摘要

从数值模拟和实验两个方面简要介绍了国内外阳极封闭式质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)研究现状,提出了阳极封闭式PEMFC存在的主要问题,由于水的反扩散和氮气的渗透以及反应物消耗造成了阳极出口处的氢气浓度低、阴极电势高,加快了催化层和质子交换膜的碳腐蚀,导致电池性能下降。针对存在的问题,提出了解决方案,如阳极吹扫、震荡压力、级联设计等,可进一步提高燃料电池性能。

Abstract

This article introduces briefly the research status of anode-closed proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) worldwide from numerical simulation and experiment aspects.Main problems for anode-closed PEMFC are put forward and analyzed.Due to the back-diffusion of water,the permeation of nitrogen and the consumption of reactants,hydrogen concentration at the anode outlet is low and cathode outlet potential is high,which accelerates carbon corrosion of catalytic layer and proton exchange membrane,resulting in a decrease in fuel cell performance.Solutions are proposed in response to the existing problems,including anode purging,pressure swing,cascade design,etc.,which can further improve the performance of PEMFC.
