我国能源供给安全、能源结构性缺陷、碳排放居高不下等问题日益凸显，而长三角作为中国经济发展的引擎动力，高质量利用和发展氢能是当前首要任务之一。重点对目前我国能源面临的问题、全球能源发展趋势及特点等进行了分析，并通过对长三角氢能产业优劣势进行比较，分析现阶段长三角氢能发展存在的问题，从完善法律法规、构建氢能资源保障体系、构建长三角氢能生态圈、氢能应用安全保障体系等方面提出建议，为进一步促进长三角氢能发展提供了一条新的思路。

China's problems in energy supply security,energy distribution defects,high carbon emissions and other issues have become increasingly prominent.Yangtze River Delta region,as an engine driving China's economic development,shall utilize and develop hydrogen energy efficiently.China's energy problems,global energy development trends and characteristics at present are analyzed mainly.Through comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the hydrogen energy industry in the Yangtze River Delta region and analyzing the existing problems in the current development of hydrogen energy industry,suggestions are given in terms of improving laws and regulations,constructing a hydrogen energy resource guarantee system,building a hydrogen energy ecosystem in the Yangtze River Delta region,and a hydrogen energy application safety guarantee system,which provides a new idea to further promote the development of hydrogen energy in the Yangtze River Delta region.
