摘要
合成了一种聚酯多元醇异氰酸酯预聚体界面相容剂,并成功用于以玉米秸秆粉和废聚丙烯为原料的生物质-废塑料复合材料制备中。考察了界面相容剂的适宜合成工艺条件及性能。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、力学性能分析、热重分析(TG)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)等手段对复合材料的形貌、力学性能和热性能等进行了表征。结果表明,相容剂能有效改善生物废弃物粉末和PP间的相容性,当相容剂的添加量为5.0%时,玉米秸秆粉和PP复合材料的最大弯曲强度为43.26 MPa (未添加时为34.83 MPa)和抗拉强度为23.06 MPa (未添加时为15.70 MPa)。同时相容剂的加入提高了木质纤维素-塑料复合材料的热稳定性和耐水性。研究表明,新型相容剂具有价格适中、加入量少、增容效率高等特点,解决了目前使用的相容剂制备过程复杂、成本高的问题。
Abstract
A kind of polyester polyol isocyanate prepolymer interface compatibilizer is synthesized and successfully used in the preparation of biomass-waste plastics composites from corn straw meal and spent polypropylene.Suitable synthetic process conditions are explored,and the morphology,mechanical properties and thermal properties of the interface compatibilizer are characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),thermogravimetric analysis (TG),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR),etc.It is shown that the compatibilizer can effectively improve the compatibility between biological waste powder and PP.As compatibilizer content is 5.0 wt%,the maximum bending strength of the composites reaches 43.26 MPa,compared with the 34.83 MPa of the composites without the compatibilizer;and the tensile strength of the composites reaches 23.06 MPa,compared with the 15.70 MPa of that without the compatibilizer.Addition of the compatibilizer improves the thermal stability and water resistance of the composites.It is shown that this new type of compatibilizer exhibits moderate price,less dosage add higher compatible efficiency and other characteristics,which can solve the problems of current compatibilizers available.
