摘要

综述了SO2和H2O造成钒钛系SCR催化剂中毒失活的机理,总结了金属氧化物和非金属氧化物掺杂提高催化剂抗硫抗水性能的研究进展。针对当前存在的问题,提出今后的研究重点是深入分析催化剂SO2和H2O中毒反应的微观过程,进一步考察改性催化剂的成型工艺及工业应用效果,开发出温度窗口宽、抗硫抗水性能稳定且同时具备工业生产和应用条件的脱硝催化剂。

Abstract

This paper reviews the deactivation mechanisms of vanadium-titanium-based SCR catalysts caused by sulfur dioxide and water vapor,and summarizes the research progress in improving the catalysts' resistance against sulfur dioxide and water vapor through doping with metal oxides and non-metal oxides.In the light of the existing problems,future research is proposed to emphasis on analyzing the microcosmic process of the catalysts poisoned by SO2 and H2O,and further investigating the molding process and industrial application effect of the modified catalysts.The denitration catalysts that have wide temperature window and stable resistance to SO2 and H2O,and can meet production and application conditions are expected to be developed.
