摘要
综述了生物质液化技术的发展现状,通过考察催化剂用量、液化反应温度、液化反应时间和液固比(苯酚/生物质)对生物质苯酚液化条件进行优化,做到替代部分或全部苯酚,有效解决石化能源不足及环境污染等问题。简要介绍了生物质基酚醛树脂的应用、发展以及其优势与存在的主要问题,并对该技术的下一步研究方向进行了展望。
Abstract
Development status of biomass liquefaction technology is reviewed.The liquefaction conditions for bio-based phenol are optimized by investigating the dosage of catalyst,liquefaction reaction temperature,liquefaction reaction time and phenol/biomass ratio,so as to replace part or all phenol and solve effectively the petrochemical energy shortage and environmental pollution issues.The application,development,advantages and main problems of biomass-based phenolic resin are introduced,and the coming research direction of this technology is briefly prospected.
