摘要
混合有机溶剂(主要有极性/非极性化合物、芳香烃/脂肪烃、芳香烃/脂环烃、同分异构体和汽油脱硫等体系)的分离一直是工业生产中的难题,渗透气化膜分离技术作为一种新兴技术,通过分子范围内的选择性筛分可在低能耗的条件下有效分离混合有机溶剂,相比于传统精馏工艺具有操作简便、能耗较小、易与其他过程耦合等优点。综述了渗透气化膜在混合有机溶剂分离中的应用,分别对各种体系近年研究进展进行了总结,针对该领域存在的问题,提出了潜在的解决方法与发展方向。
Abstract
The separation of organic solvent mixtures,mainly including polar/non-polar solvent mixtures,aromatic hydrocarbons/aliphatic hydrocarbons mixtures,aromatic hydrocarbons/alicyclic hydrocarbons mixtures,isomers,and gasoline desulfurization systems,has been a difficult issue in industrial production.As a new technology,pervaporation membrane separation technology can effectively separate organic solvent mixtures under low energy consumption conditions through selective sieving in the molecular range.Compared with traditional distillation processes,it has the advantages of simple operation,less energy consumption and easy coupling with other processes.Application of pervaporation membranes in the separation of organic solvent mixtures is reviewed,research progress on various systems in recent years are reviewed.In view of the existing problems in this field,potential solutions and development direction are proposed.
