摘要

综述了从蒽油中分离咔唑的研究现状,系统地总结了分离咔唑的主要方法,包括化学法(钾熔法、硫酸法)、物理法(洗涤结晶法、萃取法、蒸馏法、乳化液膜法、区域熔融法)和复合法(溶剂萃取-恒沸蒸馏-升华法、结晶-蒸馏法、精馏-溶剂法、加氢-蒸馏-结晶法),并详细分析和比较了各种分离方法的原理及优缺点,为蒽油中咔唑的分离与精制提供了新思路和新方法,对工业上生产咔唑具有较大的参考价值和指导意义。

Abstract

Research status in separating carbazole from anthracene oil is reviewed.Main separation methods are systematically summarized,including chemical methods (potassium fusion method and sulfuric acid methods),physical methods (washing crystallization,extraction,distillation,emulsion membrane and zone melting method) and composite methods (solvent extraction-azeotropic distillation-sublimation method,crystallization-distillation method,distillation-solvent method,hydrogenation-distillation-crystallization method).The principles,advantages and disadvantages of various separation methods are analyzed and compared in detail,which aims to provide a new idea and method for the separation and purification of carbazole from anthracene oil,and has great reference value and guiding significance for the production of carbazole in industry.
