摘要

介绍了淀粉及其衍生物、羟丙基甲基纤维素（HPMC）、海藻多糖、普鲁兰多糖以及魔芋胶等新型绿色成壳材料的生物特性，综述了相对应的生物基胶囊壳的研究现状，并对生物基胶囊壳的发展前景进行了展望。

Abstract

Biological characteristics of starch and its derivatives,hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC),seaweed polysaccharide,pullulan polysaccharide,konjac gum and other new green shell-forming materials are introduced.The research status on the corresponding bio-based capsule shell is reviewed,and the development prospect of bio-based capsule shell is also predicted.
