摘要
以2-羟基-1-萘甲醛为原料合成了基于FRET机制的H2S反应型荧光探针(L),并经NMR、IR、ESI-MS和元素分析进行表征。利用紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱对探针L识别H2S的性能进行了测试。结果表明,在pH为6.05~8.18时,探针L对H2S表现出高选择性、高灵敏度和抗干扰性,检测限低至0.503 μmol/L,具有潜在的应用前景。
Abstract
A novel reaction-based probe(L) for detection of H2S,based on fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET),is synthesized from 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde.The structure of the probe L is characterized by NMR,IR,ESI-MS and elemental analysis.Ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum and fluorescence emission are used to test the probe L in identifying H2S.Results show that in the pH range of 6.05 to 8.18,the probe L exhibits high selectivity,high senstivity and antiinterference,its detection limit is as low as 0.503 μM,showing a potential application prospect.
