摘要

设计合成了一个识别H2O2的荧光探针。基于探针与过氧化氢荧光增强现象,建立了检测过氧化氢的荧光分析方法。检测过氧化氢的线性范围为0~180 mmol/L,检出限为3.482 μmol/L。将探针用于测定实际样品中的过氧化氢,回收率令人满意。本探针具有灵敏度高、选择性好的优点。

Abstract

A fluorescent probe for identifying H2O2 is designed and synthesized.Based on the increasing fluorescence between probe and H2O2,a fluorescent determination method is established to determine H2O2.The fluorescence enhances linearly with the concentration of H2O2 in the range of 0-180 mmol·L-1 with a detection limit of 3.482 μmol·L-1.Satisfied recoveries can be obtained when the fluorescent probe is used to detect H2O2 in real samples.This probe is proved to have the advantages of high selectivity and sensitivity.
