摘要

介绍了采用碱液絮凝沉淀降低硬度、汽提回收氨水循环利用、分级回收灰水余热的预处理工艺路线;同时对装置实际运行情况进行分析改造和工艺优化,达到装置长周期稳定运行目的。

Abstract

A pretreatment process,which includes reducing hardness by flocculation and sedimentation with alkali solution,recycling ammonia water by stripping,and recovering spent heat by stages from ash water,is introduced.Actual operation situation for the unit is analyzed and optimized in order to achieve a long-term steady operation.
