摘要
以SBA-15为模板、钛酸丁酯(TBT)为Ti源,采用溶胶-凝胶法复合磁性纳米洋葱碳(MCNOs)制备TiO2粒径为10 nm、具有良好磁性分离特性的TiO2/MCNOs复合光催化剂。通过SEM、XRD、BET、XPS、FT-IR等表征手段对样品的形貌结构及物相组成进行了表征,并在可见光下对罗丹明B(RhB)的光降解效果进行分析。结果表明,4% MCNOs/TiO2(S)的光催化性能最好,质量浓度为0.55 g/L时,10 mg/L的RhB溶液降解率可达到98%。
Abstract
Taking SBA-15 as template,butyl titanate (TBT) as Ti source,and magnetic nano-onion carbon (MCNOs) as carbon source,TiO2/MCNOs composite photocatalyst with good magnetic separation characteristics and 10 nm of TiO2 are prepared by means of sol-gel method.SEM,XRD,BET,XPS,FT-IR and other methods are employed to characterize the sample's morphology structure and phase composition.Analysis on the photodegradation effect of rhodamine B (RhB) over the catalyst under visible light shows that 4%MCNOs/TiO2(S) shows the best photocatalytic performance.As its dosage is 0.55 g·L-1,the degradation rate of 10 mg·L-1 RhB solution can reach 98%.
