摘要
为了降低硫代锡酸盐(HKTS)的析氢过电位,得到析氢性能较好的电催化析氢催化剂,通过将镍元素引入到HKTS中制备出Ni-HKTS电极。比较了在不同浓度的镍溶液中制备的Ni-HKTS电极材料的析氢性能,同时通过交流阻抗(EIS)、线性伏安(LSV)等电化学测试以及XRD、SEM、EDS、FT-IR、Raman等表征手段对所制备电极材料的性能进行了表征分析。电化学测试结果表明,镍元素的引入提高了HKTS电极的导电性,降低了析氢过电位;物化测试结果表明,镍元素的引入可以对HKTS的形貌以及晶形结构产生一定的影响。
Abstract
In order to reduce hydrogen evolution overpotential of thiostannate (HKTS) to obtain a catalyst with good electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) activity,Ni-HKTS electrodes are fabricated by adding nickel into HKTS.Hydrogen evolution performance of Ni-HKTS electrode materials prepared in different concentrations of nickel solution are compared.The electrode materials are characterized by the electrochemical tests of AC impedance (EIS),linear voltammetry (LSV) and X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscope (SEM),energy dispersion spectrum (EDS),Infrared spectrometer (FT-IR),Raman spectrometer (Raman).Electrochemical test results show that the addition of nickel helps to increase the conductivity of HKTS and reduce its hydrogen evolution overpotential.Physical and chemical tests show that the addition of nickel can have certain effects on the morphology and crystal structure of HKTS.
