摘要
水热法加煅烧处理合成了尖晶石型ZnCo2O4电极材料,考察反应时间、反应温度对目标材料的影响。利用XRD、SEM、CV以及恒流充放电测试等手段对目标材料进行结构表征和性能测试。结果表明,在反应时间为7 h、反应温度为120℃下合成的多孔ZnCo2O4褶皱微球形状规则,平均直径为10~12 μm。在此条件下得到的ZnCo2O4材料不仅具有较好的结构和形貌,而且表现出优异的电化学性能。
Abstract
Spinel-type ZnCo2O4 electrode material is synthesized by hydrothermal method and calcination treatment,and the influence on the target material is explored by changing reaction time and temperature during the synthesis process.XRD,SEM,CV and constant current charge-discharge test are employed to determine the structure,characterization and performance of the material.Results show that the porous ZnCo2O4 pleated microspheres synthesized at a reaction time of 7 h and a reaction temperature of 120℃ exhibits a regular shape with an average diameter of 10-12 μm,and also exhibits better electrochemical performance.
