摘要

以城市污水处理厂产生的脱水污泥与菌糠为原料进行共水热液化实验,考察菌糠成分对共液化所得生物油产率及性质的影响。结果表明,污泥单独水热液化的生物油产率较低,而加入菌糠可明显提高生物油产率,从脱水污泥的8.26%提高到14.11%(污泥与草菇菌糠共液化),说明污泥与菌糠共水热液化存在协同效应,且蛋白质和脂肪含量对共液化反应生物油产率影响较大。此外,共液化后生物油中酚类物质质量分数有所增加,而部分酸类、酯类和酰胺类物质质量分数略有下降。气相产物分析结果表明,共液化对CH4和H2体积分数影响较小,而对CO体积分数的影响相对较大。

Abstract

Co-hydrothermal liquefaction (co-HTL) experiments are carried out by using bacterial bran and dehydrated sludge from municipal sewage plant as raw materials to investigate the effects of bacterial bran composition on the yield and properties of bio-oil.Experiment results show that the yield of bio-oil obtained from hydrothermal liquefaction (HTL) of sludge alone is 8.26%,while it is obviously increased to 14.11% by addition of bacterial bran,indicating that co-HTL of sludge and bacterial bran exists a synergistic effect.In addition,the contents of protein and fat have a great impact on the yield of bio-oil.GC-MS analysis shows that the content of phenolic substances by co-HTL increases,while the contents of acids,esters and amides slightly decrease.Gas phase products are also detected and analyzed,and it is shown that the addition of bacterial bran has little impact on the contents of CH4 and H2 during co-HTL,but has significant influence on CO content.
