摘要

管内沸腾传热广泛应用在化工、能源动力、制冷和空调行业中,为了强化蒸发器管内沸腾传热,以节约能源消耗和缩小换热设备尺寸,大量的管内沸腾强化传热方法被研究和应用。根据强化传热的实现方法,将各种强化方法分为换热管强化法、管内插入物法、添加剂法和管外辅助强化法。回顾了各种强化方法的研究进展,对其优缺点进行了总结,并对管内沸腾强化技术提出了展望。

Abstract

In-tube boiling heat transfer of evaporators is widely used in chemical,energy power,refrigeration and air conditioning industries.To save energy consumption and reduce the size of heat exchangers,various enhancement methods for in-tube heat transfer have been widely researched and applied.According to the realizing routes,the in-tube heat transfer enhancement methods are classified into tube enhancement method,in-tube inserts method,additive method,and out-tube assisted strengthening method.Research progress in various in-tube boiling heat transfer enhancement methods is reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of each method are summarized.Future research of development in this field is also proposed.
