按照国家新能源政策的实施规划和计划，我国将在已有的若干省市乙醇汽油封闭式应用取得成功的基础上，进一步在全国范围内推广应用乙醇汽油。这一政策实施后，MTBE将不能再作为汽油添加组分加入到汽油池中，其主要原料之一的异丁烯产业链将发生重构。以此为背景，介绍了我国异丁烯来源及高纯异丁烯的生产方式，并结合国外乙醇汽油政策实施后炼厂产业链调整及当前国内异丁烯产业路线、装置的发展情况，分析了异丁烯在炼油产品及化工产品领域的应用技术路线，提出了乙醇汽油政策实施后的应对措施。

According to the implementation plan of China's policies for new energy,China will further popularize the application of ethanol-added gasoline nationwide as the successful closed application of ethanol-added gasoline in some provinces and cities.After the implementation of this policy,methyl tertbutyl ether (MTBE) will no longer be allowed to be added into gasoline pool as additives,and the industry chain for isobutene,one of MTBE's main raw materials,will be restructured.Based on this background,this paper introduces the source of isobutylene in China and the production mode of high purity isobutylene.Combining with foreign refinery industry chain adjustment experiences after the implementation of ethanol-gasoline policy and China's current development situation of isobutylene industry route and plants,the application technical routes of isobutylene in the fields of oil products and chemical products are analyzed.Some countermeasures for the implementation of ethanol gasoline policy are proposed.
