摘要
介绍了生产碳五石油树脂的主要原料来源,结合小试、中试和工业装置的生产情况对以间戊二烯为主要原料生产石油树脂的聚合原理、工艺流程进行简要介绍;通过对反应温度、催化剂投料量、溶剂比、间戊二烯原料组成和催化剂体系的考察,总结出不同条件下对树脂性能的影响。为后续更好地设定聚合反应条件、提高产品品质、指导工业装置生产提供保障。
Abstract
Main raw material sources for C5 petroleum resin are briefly described.The polymerization principle and process flow for production of petroleum resin with m-pentadiene as main raw material are briefly introduced in combination with the situation of pilot,pilot and industrial plants.Reaction temperature,catalyst dosage,solvent ratio,raw material composition and catalyst system for the polymerization of m-pentadiene are investigated.Effects of different conditions on the properties of the resin are summarized,aiming to provide guarantee for setting up polymerization reaction conditions,improving product quality and guiding industrial plant production.
