摘要
采用机械研磨液相混合的方法制备了铌包覆改性磷酸铁锂(LFP)材料LFP@0.2% Nb、LFP@0.5% Nb、LFP@1% Nb。利用XRD和SEM对材料的结构和形貌进行表征。经扣式电池测试表明,与未掺杂改性的LFP相比,LFP@Nb材料具有更高的放电比容量和更稳定的循环性。0.1 C倍率下,LFP材料的放电比容量为149 mA·h/g,LFP@1% Nb的放电比容量为162 mA·h/g;在高倍率5 C下,LFP@1% Nb的放电比容量为130 mA·h/g,相对LFP的62 mA·h/g增加了1倍左右。经过1 C倍率下循环100次,LFP@1% Nb的容量保持率为90%左右,高于LFP材料的85%。
Abstract
Niobium-coated modified lithium ferric phosphate (LFP) materials,including LFP@0.2% Nb,LFP@0.5% Nb,and LFP@1% Nb,are prepared by mechanical grinding liquid phase mixing method.XRD and SEM are employed to characterize the structure and morphology of the materials.It is shown through button cell battery test that the LFP@Nb material has a higher specific discharge capacity and a more stable cycling property than unmodified LFP.At a rate of 0.1 C,specific discharge capacity of LFP material is 149 mAh·g-1,and that of LFP@1% Nb is 162 mAh·g-1.At a high rate of 5 C,specific discharge capacity of LFP@1% Nb remains at 126 mAh·g-1,which doubles the 62 mAh·g-1 of LFP.Capacity retention of LFP@1% Nb is 90% after 100 cycles at a rate of 1 C,compared with the 85% of LFP.
