摘要
以酸处理后的多壁碳纳米管为载体,使用超声浸渍法制备负载CuO的催化剂。考察了不同氧体积分数、进口体积分数、反应温度和空速对催化剂脱除砷化氢能力的影响。结果表明,氧体积分数为0.9%和1.2%、砷化氢体积分数为50~100 μL/L时,催化剂对砷化氢有较好的脱除效果。当氧体积分数为0.9%、砷化氢体积分数为100 μL/L、反应温度为140℃、体积空速为20 000 h-1时,催化剂对砷化氢100%脱除的时间超过78 h,表明该催化剂针对黄磷尾气中砷化氢的脱除具有广阔的应用前景。
Abstract
Acid-treated multi-walled carbon nanotubes are chosen as the support,and a supported CuO catalyst is prepared by ultrasonic impregnation method.Influences of different oxygen volume fraction,initial AsH3 concentration,reaction temperature and gas hourly space velocity (GHSV) on the catalyst's removal ability to AsH3 are investigated.Results show that the catalyst exhibits better removal effect when oxygen volume fraction is 0.9% and 1.2%,and initial volume fraction of AsH3 is between 50 μL/L and 100 μL/L.The catalyst can remain 100% removal rate to AsH3 for more than 78 h when oxygen volume fraction is 0.9%,initial AsH3 concentration is 100 μL/L,reaction temperature maintains at 140℃ and GHSV is 20 000 h-1,indicating that the catalyst has a great application prospect in removing AsH3 from yellow phosphorus tail gas.
