摘要
研究设计了用气相色谱仪快速检测多种不同工艺生产的乙硫氨酯含量的方法。对于选矿用乙硫氨酯,采用TP-WAX毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μL)、氢火焰离子化检测器,以程序升温面积归一法进行检测,各组分完全分离,范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.997 9),相对标准偏差0.06%~0.18%,回收率97.4%~100.5%。实验表明,该方法精密度、稳定性及重复性均符合要求;通过与其他气相色谱方法比较发现,此方法解决了检测过程中不能使乙硫氨酯中全部组分出峰、部分杂质不能与目标物完全分离等缺陷,从而使检测误差降低。该方法已成功用于实际检测。
Abstract
Gas chromatograph is developed to detect rapidly the content of o-isopropyl-N-ethyl thionocarbamate produced by different processes.TP-WAX capillary column (30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μL),hydrogen flame ionization detector and temperature programmed area normalization method are used for detection of o-isopropyl-N-ethyl thionocarbamate for ore dressing.All components are completely separated and the linear relationship is good (R2=0.997 9).The relative standard deviation is in the range of 0.06%-0.18% and the recovery is in the range of 97.4%-100.5%.The test results show that the precision,stability and repeatability of this method meet the requirements.Compared with other gas chromatography methods,it is found that this method can solve the defects such as the failure to peak all components in o-isopropyl-N-ethyl thionocarbamate,the failure to separate completely some impurities from the target in the detection process,thus reducing the detection error by 2.1%-19.5%.It is of great significance to the improvement of production process and the design of ore dressing process.It has been applied in the actual detection and has very good practicability.
