摘要

凝析气田采用浅冷轻烃回收工艺,由于浅冷工艺的制冷温度偏高,使凝析气中重烃组分含量高,导致终馏点温度高,影响轻烃的产品质量。通过分析轻烃终馏点超标的原因,对处理站预冷单元进行改造,新建换热器设置在原料气预冷器之后,原料气分水器设置在原料气预冷器之间。根据软件模拟,改造后的装置解决了轻烃终馏点超标的问题。

Abstract

Shallow cooling hydrocarbon recovery process is usually employed in condensate gas field.Due to the high refrigeration temperature in this process,condensate gas always contains high concentration of heavy hydrocarbons,which causes a higher final boiling point and therefore affects the quality of light hydrocarbon products.Based on analyzing the cause for supernormal light hydrocarbon boiling point,the precooling unit of the gas treatment station is renovated,in which a new heat exchanger is arranged after the feed gas pre-cooler and the feed gas water separator is set between the feed gas pre-coolers.According to the simulation by software,the renovated unit solves the problem of over-high final boiling point of light hydrocarbons products.
