摘要
研究了生物质气化燃气中固相物质的组成,分析了燃气中灰尘粒径分布及飞灰中碱金属氧化物含量。根据生物质燃气飞灰特点,设计了适合生物质气化燃气的耐腐蚀性强、净化效率及精度高的分级干式高温净化除尘装置。该装置避免了水洗除尘带来的二次水污染,同时通过实验验证了该装置的可靠性及稳定性。
Abstract
The composition of solid phase materials in gasified biomass gas is analyzed and studied,and the particle size distribution of dust in biomass gas and the content of alkali metal oxide in fly ash are analyzed.According to the characteristics of fly ash in biomass gas,a grading dry high temperature purification and dust removal device is designed with high precision,strong corrosion resistance,high purification efficiency,and suitable for gasified biomass gas.This device can avoid the secondary water pollution caused by water washing and dust removal.It is verified through the application tests that this device has reliability and stability.
