摘要
以常一线、常二线混合馏分油为原料,采用绿色脱酸剂进行脱酸实验,考察了绿色脱酸、脱酸剂再生与环烷酸回收操作条件。结果表明,在碱酸摩尔比为6、剂油体积比为15%、反应温度(相分离温度)为40℃、反应时间为4 min、相分离时间为50 min的操作条件下,馏分油的酸度可从85.91 mg (KOH)/(100 mL)降至3.69 mg (KOH)/(100 mL),脱酸率高达95.7%。废脱酸剂在溶剂油用量3 mL/g、再生温度85℃和再生时间8 h的条件下进行水解再生,得到的再生脱酸剂可循环使用。回收环烷酸的粗酸值达到185.8 mg (KOH)/g,纯酸值达到193.3 mg (KOH)/g,满足一级品65号酸的质量标准要求(SH/T 0530—1992)。
Abstract
Taking mixed distillate oil of ordinary first and second line as feedstock,a green deacidification agent is used to carry out deacidification experiment.The conditions of the green deacidification,the regeneration of deacidification agent and the recovery of naphthenic acid are investigated.Results show that the acidity of the mixed distillate oil can be reduced from 85.91 mgKOH/(100 ml) to 3.69 mgKOH/(100 ml),with an acid removal rate of 95.7% when the molar ratio of base/acid is 6:1,the volume ratio of agent/oil is 15%,reaction temperature (a phase separation temperature) maintains at 40℃,the reaction time is 4 min and the phase separation time is 50 min.Spent deacidification agent can be regenerated through hydrolysis under the conditions that the dosage of solvent oil is 3 mL·g-1,the regeneration temperature maintains at 85℃ and the regeneration time lasts for 8 h.The regenerated deacidification agent can be reused.The recovered naphthenic acid has a raw acid number of 185.8 mgKOH·g-1,a pure acid number of 193.3 mgKOH·g-1.The quality of prepared petroleum acid can meet the quality standard of 65# petroleum acid (SH/T 0530—92).
