摘要

探讨了羧甲基纤维素钠聚合物(CMC-g-AA)对掺污泥泡沫混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度、干密度、吸水率、保水率的影响及作用机理。结果表明,掺污泥泡沫混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度、吸水率随CMC-g-AA掺量的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势;掺污泥泡沫混凝土的干密度随CMC-g-AA掺量的增加呈现先减小后增大的变化。XRD、FT-IR、SEM分析表明,添加CMC-g-AA能通过改善水化反应进程、引入亲水性活性基团等促进掺污泥泡沫混凝土中水化矿物的结晶、毛细孔隙的形成、改善掺污泥泡沫混凝土的空间结构,进而改善其性能。

Abstract

The effect and mechanism of carboxymethylcellulose sodium polymer (CMC-g-AA) on the compressive strength,flexural strength,dry density,water absorption rate,water retention rate of foam concrete mixed with sludge were discussed.The results show that the compressive strength,flexural strength,and water absorption of the sludge-mixed foam concrete increase with the increase of CMC-g-AA,and then show a tendency to increase first and then decrease;the dry density of the sludge-mixed foam concrete increases with the CMC The increase in the amount of CMC-g-AA showed a decrease first and then an increase.XRD,FT-IR,SEM analysis shows that the addition of CMC-g-AA can promote the crystallization of hydrated minerals and the formation of capillary pores in the foamed concrete mixed with sludge by improving the progress of the hydration reaction and introducing hydrophilic active groups.Improve the spatial structure of foam concrete mixed with sludge,thereby improving its performance.
