摘要
以纤维素和升华硫为原料进行共碳化得到硫碳材料,含有噻吩、亚砜、二硫化物等多种硫存在形式,将这种碳载体在双氧水-冰醋酸体系中氧化制备碳基固体酸催化剂。这种催化剂不仅含有磺酸基,还增加了砜基并保留了载体中原有的硫存在形式。将所制备的碳基固体酸催化剂用于纤维素水解反应,以还原糖的产率为考察指标评价其催化性能,并探究了碳基固体酸的最佳水解条件以及重复利用性。
Abstract
Sulfur-doped carbon precursor are prepared by co-carbonization of cellulose and sulfur,which contain various forms of sulfur such as thiophene,sulfoxide,disulfide and so on.Then the precursor is oxidized under hydrogen peroxide-glacial acetic acid system to prepare carbon-based solid acid catalyst.This kind of catalyst contains sulfonic acid group,adds sulfone group and retains previous sulfur present form in the precursor.It is applied to catalyze the hydrolysis of cellulose,and its catalytic performance is evaluated by taking the yield of reducing sugar as index.Its optimal hydrolysis conditions and reusability are investigated.
