摘要
分别采用普通溶液聚合法、模板聚合法制备AM/AMPS二元共聚物P(AM-AMPS),采用K-T法计算了两种聚合方法中的单体竞聚率。结果表明,采用模板聚合法AMPS竞聚率成倍提高。考察了反应条件对模板聚合法制备P(AM-AMPS)共聚物特性黏数、黏度的影响,确定了最佳合成条件为:模板单体单元与AMPS比例为0.7:1,AMPS摩尔百分比为5%,单体质量分数为25%~30%,溶液pH为7~8。模板聚合法制备共聚物的耐温抗盐性较普通聚合法明显提高。
Abstract
Copolymerization of acrylamide and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic (AMPS) are respectively accomplished by ordinary solution polymerization and template polymerization methods.Reactivity ratios of monomers by two methods are calculated by means of K-T method.The results show that the reactivity ratio of AMPS by template polymerization method is twice that by ordinary solution polymerization.The effects of reaction conditions on the intrinsic viscosity,solubility and apparent viscosity of P(AM-AMPS) are investigated.The optimum synthesis conditions are determined as follows:the ratio of template unit to AMPS is 0.7:1,AMPS content is 15wt%,the total addition amount of the monomers is in the range of 25%-30%,and the pH of system is 8.The copolymer prepared by template polymerization method exhibits better temperature-resistant and salt-resistant compared to the copolymer prepared by ordinary solution polymerization method.
