摘要
以二环己基甲烷-4,4'-二异氰酸酯(HMDI)为硬段、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMEG3000)为软段、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水扩链剂,采用预聚体法合成了水性聚氨酯(WPU)。通过FT-IR分析、拉伸试验和吸水率测定等研究了异氰酸酯指数(R值)对WPU弹性膜氢键化程度、力学性能和耐水性能的影响。结果表明,随着R值增加,WPU弹性膜的力学性能和耐水性能提高,当R值为1.15时,WPU弹性膜具有低模量、较高的力学性能和耐水性能。
Abstract
Waterborne polyurethane (WPU) is prepared through pre-polymerization method by using methylene-bis(4-cyclohexylisocyanate)(HMDI) as the hard segment,polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMEG3000) as the soft segment,and 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid as the hydrophilic chain extender.The effects of isocyanate index (R value) on the hydrogen bonding degree,mechanical properties and water resistance of WPU elastic films are studied by FT-IR analysis,tensile test and water absorption rate.The results show that both mechanical properties and water resistance of WPU elastic films increase with the increase of R value.WPU elastic film shows a low modulus,and suitable mechanical properties and water resistance when R value equals to 1.15.
