摘要
针对多步连续可逆反应,系统地探究了多反应段蒸馏塔设计的有效性与可行性。以两步连续可逆反应合成碳酸二乙酯和三步连续可逆反应制备硅烷为例,从稳态到动态进行了单反应段蒸馏塔和多反应段蒸馏塔的比较与分析。结果显示,多反应段的引入有助于协调多步反应之间以及反应操作与分离操作之间的相互关联,不仅能够提升系统的稳态性能,还能够改善动态特性与可控性。因此,针对多步连续可逆反应物系的分离问题,多反应段设计方法是一种行之有效的过程强化手段。
Abstract
In terms of the separation for multiple-stage consecutive reversible reactions,this paper evaluates systematically the effectiveness and feasibility of the reactive distillation column with multiple reactive sections (RDC-MRS).Taking two-step consecutive reversible reactions to synthesize diethyl carbonate and three-step consecutive reversible reactions to synthesize silane as two examples,the comparison and analysis of the reactive distillation columns with a single reactive section (RDC-SRS) and RDC-MRS are performed with respect to steady state performance and dynamic operation.The obtained results show that the application of multiple reactive sections can help to coordinate the correlations between multiple-step reactions and between reaction operation and separation operation involved,leading consequently to significant improvement in process design,dynamics and operation.It is,therefore,reasonable to consider that the arrangement of multiple reactive sections is an effective and feasible strategy for process intensification in the case of the separation of multiple-stage consecutive reversible reactions.
