摘要
以异丙醇为相转移剂构建了3种可以实现模拟燃油原位氧化脱硫的反应体系,通过改变体系中试剂的体积比,确定最佳的反应体系为异丙醇-乙腈反应体系且体积比为1:1。在最佳反应体系下,利用单因素法分别考察了Pt/C质量、助剂种类、模拟燃油初始硫质量分数以及有机硫化物的种类对脱硫效果的影响,并进行了新构建的燃油脱硫反应体系的动力学分析。结果表明,3种反应体系的模拟燃油脱硫率从高到低依次为:异丙醇-乙腈 > 异丙醇-DMF > 异丙醇-去离子水,且最佳配比为1:1;在0.15 g Pt/C催化剂的作用下,模拟燃料油的脱硫效果最好。KOH在4种酸碱添加剂中脱硫效果最好,初始硫质量分数对脱硫效果影响很小;在相同的反应条件下,去除不同硫化物的效果是:DBT > 4,6-DMDBT > BT。
Abstract
By using isopropanol as the phase transfer agent,three reaction systems that can realize the in-situ oxidative desulfurization of fuel oil are constructed.Through changing solvent ratio in the system,isopropanol-acetonitrile reaction system with a solvent ratio of 1:1 is determined as the best reaction system.Under the optimal reaction system,the single factor method is utilized to investigate the influences of the consumption of Pt/C,the type of acid-base additives,the initial sulfur content of the simulated fuel oil,and the type of organic sulfur compound on the desulfurization.The dynamics of the newly constructed desulfurization reaction system is studied.It is shown that the desulfurization efficiencies of simulated fuel oil by three reaction systems is in the order of high to low:isopropanol-acetonitrile,isopropanol-DMF,and isopropanol-deionized water,and the best solvent ratio is 1:1;The desulfurization effect of simulated fuel oil reaches the best under the action of 0.15 g Pt/C catalyst;KOH shows the best desulfurization effect among four kinds of acid-base additives;Initial sulfur content has a slight influence on the desulfurization effect;Under the same reaction conditions,the removal effects of different sulfides are in the order of high to low:DBT > 4,6-DMDBT > BT.
