摘要

阐述了餐饮油烟污染的产生与危害，综合分析了油烟中颗粒物和挥发性有机物（VOCs）的净化技术现状，指出了现有油烟净化技术存在的主要问题，并对油烟治理技术进行了展望和建议。

Abstract

Generation and harmfulness of catering fume pollutants are described,and the current status of purification technologies for particulate matters and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in catering fume are analyzed comprehensively.Main problems existing in the purification technologies are pointed out,and prospects and suggestions for catering fume treatment technologies are given.
