摘要

概述了裂解汽油一段选择加氢工艺,主要分析了镍基催化剂失活的影响因素及初活性钝化方法,指出结焦和硫中毒是镍基催化剂最主要的失活原因,采用硫化物器外钝化技术可显著提高催化剂加氢选择性及稳定性。

Abstract

The pyrolysis gasoline first stage selective hydrogenation process is summarized,and the influencing factors for deactivation of Ni-based catalyst and initial activity inhibition method are analyzed mainly.It is pointed out that coking and sulfur poisoning are the main reasons for deactivation of Ni-based catalyst,and the ex situ passivation method using sulfides can significantly improve hydrogenation selectivity and stability of the catalyst.
