摘要

介绍了淀粉纳米粒的制备以及改性的方法，综述了其在智能响应材料、复合材料、药物载体、生物吸附剂、乳液稳定剂等方面的研究现状，并对未来的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract

The preparation and modification methods for starch nanoparticles are introduced,and the research status on their applications in smart response materials,composite materials,drug carriers,biosorbents and emulsion stabilizers are reviewed,and the development tread in the future is also expected.
