摘要

采用机械复合的方法制备不同比例SAPO-34和HZSM-5的混合分子筛。利用XRD、SEM、FT-IR、BET和NH3-TPD等手段对样品进行物性和酸性表征,并考察各分子筛催化剂在甲醇制烯烃(MTO)反应中的催化性能。结果表明,部分小颗粒的HZSM-5粘连附着于大颗粒的SAPO-34表面上;SAPO-34和HZSM-5机械混合可以调节催化剂的酸性和微介孔结构;机械混合分子筛在MTO反应中有较高的催化剂寿命和丙烯选择性;在MSZ-90%混合分子筛上,当反应20 h时,丙烯的选择性高达48.9%,丙烯/乙烯比为4.0。

Abstract

Mixed molecular sieves composing of SAPO-34 and HZSM-5 under different ratios are prepared by mechanically mixing method,and their catalytic performance in methanol to olefins (MTO) reaction are investigated.These samples are characterized by various techniques such as XRD,SEM,FT-IR,BET and NH3-TPD.The results show that some small HZSM-5 particles adhere to the surface of SAPO-34 particles with a large size,the physical mixture of SAPO-34 and HZSM-5 can adjust the acidity and pore structure of the catalyst,which helps to improve the catalytic performance of the catalyst in the MTO process.Catalytic test results show that the mixed catalysts exhibit longer lifetime and excellent selectivity for propylene.After the reaction has carried out for 20 hours over MSZ-90% mixed molecular sieves,the selectivity of propylene reaches as high as 48.9% and the production ratio between propylene and ethylene ratio is 4.0.
