摘要

概述了CO2/CO加氢制甲烷过程,重点阐述甲烷化催化剂制备方法、催化剂活性组分、助剂和载体对催化剂结构的影响;分析了甲烷化反应机理及甲烷化反应中催化剂失活现象。针对目前甲烷化催化剂现状,提出深入研究甲烷化反应机理、开发耐硫催化剂是甲烷化今后的研究方向。

Abstract

The process that both carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide are hydrogenated to make methane is reviewed.Preparation methods of catalysts for methanation are reviewed,and the influence of active component,auxiliaries and supports on the structure of catalysts are described.The reaction mechanism in methanation is analyzed and the inactivation of catalysts during methanation reaction are studied.In the light of current statues of the catalysts for methanation,it is proposed that the directions for future research includes the reaction mechanism of methanation and the development of sulfur tolerant catalysts.
