摘要

简要介绍了吸附工艺流程的4个阶段;详述了吸附剂、吸附装置类型对工业源VOCs吸附效果的影响。从理化性质、吸附性能和其他特性对活性炭、硅胶、分子筛3种吸附剂进行了评价,详细分析了理化性质对吸附性能的影响。阐明了固定床、移动床、流化床、转轮吸附器4种吸附装置的优缺点、适用范围,剖析了装置内部结构对吸附效果的影响。为实现高效、专一化吸附治理,未来需基于工业源VOCs排放特征和大量动态吸附实验及模拟结果选定合适的吸附剂及装置。

Abstract

Four stages of adsorption process are briefly introduced.The influences of adsorbent and adsorption facilities types on the adsorption effect to industrial sector-based VOCs are described.Three kinds of adsorbents,such as activated carbon,silica gel and molecular sieve,are evaluated from their physical and chemical properties,adsorption properties and other characteristics.The advantages and disadvantages,and applicable scopes of fixed bed,moving bed,fluidized bed and rotary wheel adsorbing machine are expounded,and the influence of facility's internal structure on the adsorption effect is analyzed.In order to achieve efficient and specific adsorption treatment in the future,appropriate adsorbents,facilities and operating conditions shall be selected according to the emission characteristics of industrial sector-base VOCs and a large number of dynamic adsorption experiments.
