摘要

以油胺为形貌调节剂,通过水热法制备海胆状硅酸铜催化剂。考察了表面活性剂油胺对催化剂形貌及其催化乙醇脱氢性能的影响,利用TEM、BET、XRD、XPS等手段对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,当油胺与铜摩尔比为1:8时,形成了空心型海胆状结构,生成硅酸铜晶体,该催化剂比表面积高达523.8 m2/g。由XPS分析可知,添加油胺后,还原态催化剂中有更多的低价态铜存在,此时乙醇转化率为51.1%,乙醛选择性为83.2%。适量油胺包覆的硅酸铜催化剂在乙醇脱氢制乙醛反应中具有良好的乙醛选择性。

Abstract

Sea urchin-like copper silicate catalyst is prepared via hydrothermal method by using oleylamine as morphology modifier.The effects of the addition of oleylamine on the morphology of the catalyst and its performance in catalytic dehydrogenation of ethanol are investigated.The catalysts are characterized by TEM,BET,XRD and XPS.Results show that copper silicate catalyst with a hollow sea-urchin structure is gained when the molar ratio of oleylamine to copper is 1:8.The catalyst has a specific surface area as high as 523.8 m2·g-1.XPS characterization shows that after adding oleylamine,more low-valence copper exists in the reduced catalyst.The conversion of ethanol is 51.1% and the selectivity of acetaldehyde is 83.2% over the catalyst with addition of oleylamine.The catalyst of copper silicate with appropriate amount of oleylamine can bring about excellent selectivity in the reaction of ethanol dehydrogenation to acetaldehyde.
