摘要

以分子筛ZSM-5为载体、磷钨酸(TPA)为活性组分,采用浸渍法制备磷钨酸负载分子筛催化剂(TPA/ZSM-5),研究其对果糖脱水过程的影响,以实现5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HFM)绿色化、低成本制备。利用XRD、BET对催化剂的结构、比表面积、孔径、孔容进行表征,并考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂质量对5-羟甲基糠醛收率的影响。结果表明,TPA/ZSM-5具有较好的分散度及催化活性,当果糖质量为5 g、反应温度为140℃、反应时间为2 h、催化剂质量为0.5 g时,5-HFM的收率为77.62%。

Abstract

ZSM-5 molecular sieves are used as carrier and phosphotungstic acid (TPA) is used as active ingredient to prepare molecular sieve supported phosphotungstic acid catalysts via impregnation method.The influences of the catalysts on fructose dehydration process are studied in order to realize the preparation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural in a green and low-cost way.The structure,specific surface area,pore size and pore volume of the catalysts are investigated by XRD and BET.The influences of reaction temperature,reaction time and catalyst dosage on the yield of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural are examined.It is indicated that TPA/ZSM-5 with a mass ratio of 20:10 has a good dispersion and catalytic activity,over which the yield of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural can reach 77.62% as fructose dosage is 5 g,reaction temperature maintains at 140℃,reaction lasts for 2 h and catalyst dosage is 0.5 g.
