摘要
采用固定床、热重、XRD和XPS等技术研究了高温、高压、快速加氢热解残渣的结构和CO2气化反应性。结果表明,原煤经快速加氢热解转变为残渣后,—CH2、—CH官能团的热稳定性提高;d002/L002从0.329减小到0.293,石墨化程度升高;ID1/IG、ID2/IG、ID4/IG相对含量升高,无序结构和缺陷程度增加。因此,残渣的气化反应性略高于原煤,转化率达到50%时对应的温度从1 058℃降低到1 028℃,气化速率最大时对应的温度从1 086℃降低到1 043℃。快速加氢热解残渣的碳结构中C—H质量分数为73.43%,比原煤高6.85%;残渣在气化后,碳结构中C—H质量分数从73.43%骤降到27.55%,表明原煤在快速加氢热解转变为残渣的过程中与氢发生反应生成了氢化结构(HCs)。
Abstract
The structure and CO2 gasification reaction of the residue from pyrolysis of raw coal at high temperature,high pressure and rapid hydrogenation are studied in a fixed bed reactor and by means of synchronous TGA,FT-IR,XRD,Raman and XPS.The results show that after raw coal turns into residues through pyrolysis with rapid hydrogenation,the thermal stability of —CH2 and —CH functional groups is improved,d002/L002 decreases from 0.329 to 0.293,the graphitization degree increases,the ID1/IG,ID2/IG and ID4/IG increases,and the disordered structure and defect degree increases.Therefore,T0.5 drops from 1 058℃ to 1 028℃,and Tm decreases from 1 086℃ to 1 043℃,showing that the residue has a good gasification reactivity.The relative content of C—H in the carbon structure of the residue is 73.43%,6.85% higher than that of raw coal.After gasification of the residue,the relative content of C—H in the carbon structure plummets sharply from 73.43% to 27.55%,which proves that in the process of rapid hydrogenation pyrolysis,raw coal reacts with hydrogen and hydrogenated structures (HCs) are formed.
