摘要

以GaNO3为改性剂,采用浸渍法对ZSM-5催化剂进行改性。利用XRD、FT-IR、SEM等手段对改性前后催化剂进行表征,并进行催化性能评价。结果表明,使用2-Ga-ZSM-5催化剂进行反应,小桐子油的转化率为37.22%,液体产物酸值为1.67 mg(KOH)/g,皂化值为8.94 mg(KOH)/g;液体产物主要成分为芳香族化合物,质量分数为96.03%。

Abstract

ZSM-5 catalyst is modified by impregnation method using GaNO3 as a modifier.Before and after modification,the catalysts are respectively characterized by XRD,FT-IR and SEM,and their catalytic performances are evaluated.The results show that 2-Ga-ZSM-5 catalyst is the best one,over which the conversion of Jatropha curcas oil can reach 37.22%,the acid value of liquid product is 1.67 mgKOH·g-1 and the saponification value is 8.94 mgKOH·g-1.The main components of liquid product is an aromatic compound,with a content of 96.03%.
