摘要
通过浸渍法制备了Ni-HZSM-5催化剂。利用XRD、SEM、N2物理吸附、NH3-TPD和Py-IR对催化剂进行表征,分别用丙烯、丁烯、2种比例丙烯丁烯的混烯、C3~C7多种混合烯烃等原料考察了催化剂烯烃齐聚反应的性能。结果表明,NiSO4处理可以增加催化剂的酸度和介孔体积,其中Lewis和Brønsted酸性位点的数量和强度明显增加。Ni-HZSM-5分子筛催化剂在多种烯烃原料下均表现出优异的催化性能。不同烯烃原料下的齐聚反应转化率均在75%以上,选择性均在80%以上,产物碳数分布主要集中在C6~C16之间。
Abstract
Ni-HZSM-5 catalyst is prepared through impregnation method.XRD,SEM,N2 physical adsorption,NH3-TPD and Py-IR are used to characterize the prepared catalyst.The performance of the catalyst is evaluated in oligomerizations of propylene,butylene,mixtures of propylene and butylene,and C3-C7 mixed olefins,respectively.The results show that the acidity and mesopore volume of the catalyst can be increased by adding NiSO4,in which the number and strength of Lewis and Brønsted acid sites in the catalyst go up significantly.Ni-HZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst exhibits excellent catalytic performance against various olefin raw materials.The conversion rates of the oligomerization reaction under different olefin feedstocks all exceed 75%,the selectivity is above 80% and the carbon number of the products distributes mainly between C6-C16.
